Return Policy - Complaints Regarding Product Non-Conformity (Validity and Safety)

If you wish to request a refund for products due to non-conformity regarding validity or any issue affecting health, the following documents and evidence must be provided for the complaint to be reviewed:


Required Documents and Evidence:

  1. Proof of Purchase:

    • Receipt or invoice issued at the time of purchase/delivery.
  2. Written Request:

    • An official request sent to [email protected], including:
      • Full name of the customer.
      • Date and time of purchase.
      • Product(s) in question and the reason for the complaint (e.g., validity, health issues, etc.).
      • Detailed description of the reported incident.
  3. Clear Photographs:

    • Photos of the product in question and, if available, the original packaging.
  4. Medical Certificate:

    • A medical document issued by a healthcare facility (hospital or clinic) confirming that the affected person experienced health issues after consuming the Esushi product. This document must include:
      • The diagnosis provided by the doctor.
      • The date and time of the medical consultation.
  5. Laboratory Report:

    • A laboratory report from an authorized institution confirming that the Esushi product consumed caused the reported health issues.

Complaint Review Process:

  • Upon receiving all required documents and evidence, the complaint will be reviewed by our team within 3 business days.
  • If the complaint is deemed justified, the refund will be processed as follows:
    • To the bank account used for the purchase (for online payments).
    • In cash, if the purchase was made in cash.
