If you wish to request a refund for products due to non-conformity regarding validity or any issue affecting health, the following documents and evidence must be provided for the complaint to be reviewed:

- A laboratory report from an authorized institution confirming that the Esushi product consumed caused the reported health issues.
Complaint Review Process:
- Upon receiving all required documents and evidence, the complaint will be reviewed by our team within 3 business days.
- If the complaint is deemed justified, the refund will be processed as follows:
- To the bank account used for the purchase (for online payments).
- In cash, if the purchase was made in cash.
